RESERVATION POLICY

Payment: The total price of the reservation will be charged in full 30-days prior to arrival or on the day of booking if within 30-days. The price charged will include taxes and resort.

Sales Tax: The total for taxes and fees is 15% and is added to the room rate before payment. 

Check-in: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Photo identification and credit card are required. The front desk is staffed from 9am - 7pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 5pm on Sundays. 

 

Pet Policy: Tahoe Summit Village has a strict NO-PET policy. Service animals are allowed.

 

Additional Rules: Damages to unit furnishings, amenities, supplies, and linens or items missing from room are subject to additional fees upon assessment following your departure.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel without penalty with at least 30-days advance notice prior to arrival. There is a $79 cancelation fee within 30-days notice prior to arrival.
